Du designst Ads, die schön sind. Bei uns lernst du, warum sie performen - oder warum nicht. Wir sind Growthartig, eine der führenden Paid-Social-Agenturen Deutschlands. Wir arbeiten mit D2C-Brands, die ernsthaft auf Meta investieren. Unser Design-Team produziert jede Woche Static Ads, die live gehen, getestet und ausgewertet werden. Dann wird auf Basis der Daten iteriert. Wir suchen keine weitere Designerin und keinen weiteren Designer fürs Team. Wir suchen eine erfahrene Person, die Verantwortung übernimmt: für die Qualität unserer Creatives, für unsere AI-Workflows und dafür, dass sich das Team fachlich weiterentwickelt. Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Design-Teamlead Victoria zusammen und hältst ihr operativ den Rücken frei. Wir suchen ab sofort ein/en Senior Performance Designer:in - Paid Social (m/w/d) für den Standort Berlin Deine Aufgaben: Du entwickelst Ad-Konzepte für Meta: Hook, Message, Visual und Copy als Einheit.
