Als Head of Sales (m/f/d) trägst du die Verantwortung für die Erreichung unserer Sales Ziele und die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Sales Bereichs. Zusammen mit deinem Team sorgst du für die Fortsetzung unseres erfolgreichen und zugleich ambitionierten Wachstums und platzierst Ratepay weiterhin als zuverlässigen Partner der relevanten eCommerce Player des deutschsprachigen Marktes. Deine Aufgaben Du übernimmst die Führung und den Ausbau deiner Sales Teams, entwickelst deine Teammitglieder weiter und enablest sie dazu, ihre persönliche Bestleistung zu bringen. Du bist für die Entwicklung sowie Implementierung von Marktentwicklungsstrategien verantwortlich.
