Für unsere Filiale in Berlin Hohenschönhausen suchen wir ab sofort einen: Kundenberater / Serviceberater (m/w/d) in der Hörakustik Aufgaben Ihre Aufgaben: Verantwortungsvoll, vielseitig und kundenorientiert Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson in unserer Filiale und tragen maßgeblich zum Kundenerfolg bei: Kundenbetreuung: Sie pflegen aktiv Kundenbeziehungen und sind der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden im Fachgeschäft und am Telefon. Organisation: Sie organisieren Kundentermine effizient und übernehmen die gesamte Kommunikationsabwicklung.
