Dann werde Teil unseres Personalteams. Starte ab sofort in unserer FiPP-Geschäftsstelle in Berlin-Neukölln als Recruiter für pädagogische Berufe (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (39,40 Stunden/ Woche). So hinterlässt du Spuren Begegnungen gestalten: Du begleitest Bewerber*innen feinfühlig durch das gesamte Auswahlverfahren und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich von Anfang an wohlfühlen. Gemeinsam entscheiden: Du stehst unseren Teams beratend zur Seite, um genau die Persönlichkeiten zu finden, die fachlich und menschlich zu uns passen. Weichen stellen: Du führst die ersten Telefoninterviews, erkennst die Stärken der Kandidat*innen und bereitest die reibungslose Übergabe an die Vertragserstellung vor.
