Your mission We're looking for a Senior Conversion Design Analyst who is genuinely both things: a designer who digs into data, and an analyst who designs. You decide with evidence. You will frame real user problems based on qualitative and quantitative data, design a part of our product, form a view about what should change, build the experiment that tests it, and analyze the results yourself. You will sit inside the product delivery team that focuses on user growth, working closely with the person accountable for that part of the business and with the engineers building it. And you will not be doing it alone: You join a group of Conversion Design Analysts across the company who work the same way and hold each other's standards. English is our working language. German matters here too: You will be designing flows that German-speaking users read. Concretely, you will: Design experiences grounded in real user needs and real neighbourhood life.
