Unternehmen verhandeln Milliarden an Einsparungen und verlieren sie danach wieder, weil nach dem Vertragsabschluss niemand kontrolliert, ob die Konditionen auf der Rechnung wirklich ankommen. qado baut die AI-Plattform, die genau diese Lücke schließt und Unternehmen hilft, ihre verhandelten Einsparungen tatsächlich zu realisieren. Als Founders Associate arbeitest du direkt mit den Gründern an den Themen, die qado am stärksten voranbringen. Mal gewinnst du neue Kunden und führst die ersten Gespräche selbst, mal arbeitest du an den großen strategischen Fragen wie neuen Zielbranchen oder Pricing, je nachdem, wo es gerade am meisten zählt. Die Stelle ist nur als Praktikum in Vollzeit möglich und die Dauer liegt bei 4 bis 6 Monaten. Aufgaben Teste eigenständig neue Kanäle und Zielgruppen und finde heraus, wo qado am schnellsten wächst. Geh direkt auf Kunden zu, verstehe ihre Probleme und zeig ihnen, wie qado diese löst. Arbeite eng mit den Gründern an strategischen Themen wie neuen Zielbranchen, Pricing und Partnerschaften.
