As the GTM Engineer - Sales Operations CRM Management (m/w/d), you will own the systems that run sales and marketing across PERGOLUX's global operations, with HubSpot as the single source of truth, Aircall and WhatsApp as the conversation layer, and the integrations that connect them to Shopify, Klaviyo and our data warehouse. You turn business problems into working configuration, automation and integrations across 11+ markets, and you make sure what you build is documented, adopted and measured. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you work daily with Sales Leads in each market, Sales Enablement, Data and Analytics, and the Marketing team. PERGOLUX designs and sells premium, Scandinavian-inspired outdoor living products, from aluminium pergolas to garden furniture, direct to consumers. We are a company of around 300 people generating 9-figure revenue, operating across 8 markets and growing steadily across Europe and beyond.
