Für den Neu-Start und die Re-Organisation von MINT Solutions suche ich einen Co-Founder und Partner (m/w/d). MINT Solutions war bisher ein traditionelles Recruiting-Unternehmen und sucht für die Neu-Ausrichtung Menschen mit Erfahrung im Bereich Personalvermittlung / Recruiting und einer Affinität und Interesse am technischen Wandel durch KI. Dein Profil: Erfahrung im Recruiting und Personalvermittlung Kreativ und visionär Tech-affin und die Bereitschaft sich in technische Prozesse einzudenken und einzuarbeiten Interesse an Recruiting und Lust Recruiting neu zu denken Lust und Interesse auf Unternehmertum und Entrepreneurship Die Aufgabe: Ein bestehendes Unternehmen weiterzuentwickeln KI Prozesse und Services entwerfen und diese zu etablieren Als Co-Founder / Partner (m/w/d) das Unternehmen stetig weiterentwickeln mit eigenen Ideen Hands-On Mentalität in der Übergangsphase Warum MINT: Es existieren Kundenbeziehungen, Rahmenverträge, Datenbank und 16 Jahre Erfahrung am Markt und als Marke / Unternehmen als Basis Möglichkeit aus einem traditionellem Unternehmen eine moderne Recrui…
