Description
As a GTM Engineer - Sales Automation and Analytics Management (m/w/d), you will make our sales engine more productive across all PERGOLUX markets globally: more revenue per worked sales hour, less leakage between lead and order, and a lower cost per sale. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you will own two pillars of work, insight and planning on one side, orchestration and automation on the other, partnering daily with Sales Leads in every market, the Data team, Marketing, Customer Service and our Tier 1 partner. This is a builder-operator role: the Data team owns the data foundation, and you use it to find what is holding sales back, then fix it with a mix of planning, incentives, process automation and AI. PERGOLUX designs and sells premium, Scandinavian-inspired outdoor living products, from aluminium pergolas to awnings and garden furniture, directly to consumers. We are a company that has grown consistently across Europe and beyond, with around 300 employees, 9-figure revenue and operations across eight markets.
