Für unser neues Büro in Berlin-Frohnau (Reinickendorf) suchen wir dich als Kundenberater / Kundenbetreuer für internationale Internatsaufenthalte (m/w/d). Auch Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen! Wir sind Akademis Internatsberatung, eine mehrfach ausgezeichnete Bildungsagentur. Wir helfen Familien, ein passendes Internat im Ausland zu finden, und begleiten sie vom ersten Gespräch bis zur Rückkehr ihres Kindes. Dabei teilen wir ihre Vorfreude, nehmen ihre Sorgen ernst und kümmern uns um die vielen kleinen und großen Fragen unterwegs. Eine Aufgabe, die dir am Herzen liegt Unsere Familien vertrauen uns eine wichtige Entscheidung an. Deshalb suchen wir jemanden, dem gute Arbeit persönlich wichtig ist: Du möchtest Eltern und Jugendliche aufmerksam begleiten, hältst Zusagen ein und bleibst an offenen Anliegen dran. Auch bei den Details arbeitest du gewissenhaft – denn auf deine Auskünfte, Unterlagen und Absprachen sollen sich andere verlassen können.
