Wir suchen ab sofort eine:n Customer Support Agent:in (w/m/d) in Teilzeit, 20 Stunden pro Woche, in Berlin. Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für Eltern, die unsere Babytragen kaufen oder schon nutzen, und sorgst dafür, dass jede Anfrage schnell und herzlich gelöst wird. Deine Aufgaben Du bist die Stimme von Flybaby und löst Anliegen so, dass Kund:innen gern wiederkommen. Anfragen: Du beantwortest E-Mails und Instagram-Nachrichten schnell, empathisch und lösungsorientiert. Kooperationsanfragen trennst du vom Service und leitest sie weiter. Beratung: Du berätst Eltern vor dem Kauf zu Größe, Tragepositionen und der passenden Trage. Bestellungen und Retouren: Du klärst Versand-, Umtausch- und Retourenfälle und stimmst dich mit unserem Logistikpartner ab. Reklamationen: Du bearbeitest Reklamationen nach klaren Kulanzregeln und eskalierst kritische Fälle. Wissen: Du pflegst Textbausteine und FAQs und verbesserst sie, wenn Kund:innen etwas nicht verstehen.
