Über uns Formation Search ist eine IT-Personalvermittlung aus Berlin. Wir vermitteln IT-Freelancer für Projekte und besetzen Festanstellungen einschließlich Führungspositionen. Unsere Schwerpunkte sind Business Systems mit SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 und Power Platform sowie Data & AI und Cloud. Unsere Kunden sind IT-Beratungen, Microsoft- und SAP-Partner und Unternehmen im DACH-Raum. Deine Aufgaben Du verantwortest deinen Technologiebereich und steuerst ihn mit eigenem Umsatzziel. Du gewinnst Neukunden auf Entscheiderebene und baust Rahmenverträge und Key Accounts aus. Du triffst Kunden und Kandidaten regelmäßig persönlich, vor Ort beim Kunden, bei uns im Büro und auf den Fachmessen der Branche. Du setzt dein Netzwerk aus Kunden und Kandidaten ein und erweiterst es gezielt. Du besetzt Freelance-Projekte und Festanstellungen selbst und gibst dein Wissen an jüngere Kolleginnen und Kollegen weiter. Dein Profil Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT-Personalvermittlung und nachweisbar hohe Umsätze Ein bestehendes Netzwerk zu Kunden und Kandidaten im IT-Umfeld Deine Stärke ist Business Development, und du hast schon nachweislich eigene Kundenportfolios aufgebaut.
