Was Dich erwartet Als Teil unseres Customer Success Teams stehst Du in direktem Kontakt mit unseren Kunden und Software-Nutzern aus dem Bereich der kaufmännischen Betriebsführung von Windkraft- und PV-Anlagen. Du begleitest eigenständig neue Kunden durch einen strukturieren Einrichtungsprozess der Software opti.node und stellst so sicher, dass sie den größtmöglichen Nutzen aus der Anwendung ziehen können. Die Anforderungen unserer Kunden sind oftmals anspruchsvoll und nicht selten innovativ - in diesen Fällen bist du nicht auf dich alleine gestellt, sondern hast hoch qualifizierte Kolleg:innen aus allen Bereichen, mit denen offene Fragen und neue Herausforderungen besprochen und gelöst werden können. node.energy ermöglicht mit klugen Software-as-a-Service-Lösungen professionellen Betreibern von Windkraft- und PV-Anlagen neue Geschäftsmodelle ganz einfach umzusetzen und damit profitabel zu bleiben.
