Tasks Work directly with enterprise customers to deeply understand operational workflows and pain points. Translate customer realities into scalable product and platform decisions. Define roadmap priorities across platform, workflow, and AI capabilities. Collaborate closely with engineering teams on architecture and product tradeoffs.
