Intro Do you enjoy turning marketing ideas into effective, automated customer journeys? We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) to strengthen our Marketing team in Hannover. In this role, you’ll focus on email marketing and marketing automation – building campaigns, creating targeted audiences, developing automated workflows, and using performance insights to continuously improve our communications. You’ll work closely with regional Marketing, Content, Design and Sales teams in an international environment and help us deliver relevant communications throughout the customer lifecycle. Your Job Plan, build, test and optimize email campaigns, newsletters and automated marketing workflows in HubSpot. Create relevant audience segments based on customer data, behavior and lifecycle stages. Build and improve automated journeys such as nurture, follow-up, re-engagement and lifecycle campaigns. Use personalization and dynamic content to make communications more relevant to different audiences.
