Als Praktikant:in im Performance Marketing bist du der Hebel für unsere digitale Sichtbarkeit und Reichweite. Du wirst Teil des Marketing & Communications Teams. Mit deiner Arbeit sorgst du dafür, dass unser Mehrwert bei tausenden Mitarbeitenden ankommt und Wohlbefinden am Arbeitsplatz kein Nice-to-have mehr ist. Deine Aufgaben bei voiio: Du optimierst zielgruppenspezifische Landing Pages und erstellst fundierten Content mit klarem Fokus auf SEO und GEO Du lernst, wie datenbasiertes Marketing funktioniert von der Content-Erstellung bis zur Erfolgsauswertung. Du übernimmst die Ownership für ein eigenes Performance-Projekt – beispielsweise die Durchführung von Keyword- und Wettbewerbsanalysen oder den gezielten Aufbau thematischer Content-Cluster. Du beobachtest zentrale Kennzahlen wie Klickraten, Conversions und Rankings und leitest daraus eigenständig konkrete Hebel für bessere Performance ab.
