Buchhaltung ist für die meisten Gründerinnen und Gründer ein Blackbox-Posten: teuer, langsam, und am Ende weiß niemand genau, wofür er zahlt. mika ändert das. Wir bauen KI-gestützte Buchhaltung, die Unternehmen selbst in die Hand nehmen können, ohne Steuerberater dazwischen. Belegerfassung, Klassifizierung, E-Rechnung, Validierung und Meldungen laufen automatisiert, statt im Monatsrhythmus über einen externen Schreibtisch zu wandern. Wir sind 30 Leute, betreuen rund 900 Kunden und haben unsere Seed-Runde frisch abgeschlossen. Du entwickelst und exekutierst gemeinsam den Growth-Funnel von mika: Demand Gen bis Lifecycle, kanalübergreifend, zu großen Teilen mit KI gebaut. Die strategische Richtung setzen wir zusammen, die Umsetzung übernimmst du mit Support. Das ist keine klassische Performance-Rolle. Wir suchen eine echte T-shaped Generalist*in, die von Content bis Conversion alles denken und in großen Teilen selbst mit KI umsetzen kann.
