Jobbeschreibung Als (Junior) Business Development Manager (m/w/d) bist du die erste Stimme von tecRacer für potenzielle Neukunden. Du qualifizierst eingehende Leads, sprichst neue Unternehmen aktiv an und legst so den Grundstein für neue Kundenbeziehungen. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Account Managern und Senior Sales Managern zusammen und übernimmst Schritt für Schritt mehr Verantwortung. Dein Arbeitsort ist Hamburg oder Hannover. Hybrides Arbeiten und Remote Work innerhalb Deutschlands sind möglich. Gerade in der Einarbeitung legen wir Wert auf regelmäßige persönliche Zusammenarbeit im Team, weshalb eine entsprechende Präsenz an einem unserer Standorte dazugehört. Für Events und Kundentermine bringst du außerdem eine Reisebereitschaft von etwa 10–20 % mit. 💁♀️ Wir freuen uns ausdrücklich auch über Berufseinsteiger:innen und Absolvent:innen, die erste relevante Praxiserfahrung mitbringen und sich in der Rolle weiterentwickeln möchten.
