Was Dich bei uns erwartet Für unser Büro am Neuen Wall in Hamburg suchen wir motivierte und unternehmerisch denkende Mitarbeiter/innen, die uns bei spannenden M&A-Projekten unterstützen. Wir pflegen eine Unternehmenskultur des Vertrauens und bieten Dir Freiräume bei der Gestaltung Deiner Aufgaben. Aufgaben Unterstützung des geschäftsführenden Gesellschafters/Teams bei (20Std/Woche) Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von M&A-Akquisitions- und Verkaufsprojekten oder Finanzierungen Analyse verschiedener Branchen und Märkte (Research) Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Unternehmen, Wettbewerbern, Märkten, Geschäftsmodellen, Business-Plänen etc. Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung/Erstellung von Vermarktungsstrategien und Vermarktungsunterlagen Identifikation und Ansprache von Unternehmen Einrichtung virtueller Datenräume für die Due Diligence inkl. Datenraummanagement Unterstützung bei der Gewinnung von neuen Mandaten Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben (Officemanagement) Qualifikation Du studierst im Bachelor- oder Masterstudium Wirtschaftswissenschaften/Betriebswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanzen und kannst überdurchschnittliche Studienleistungen aufweisen.
