Deine Rolle Du unterstützt unser Team 01 Fund Management z. B. im Portfoliomanagement laufender Fonds und Mandate, bei der Erstellung von Objekt-, Fonds- und Kunden-Reportings sowie bei der Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen. 02 Asset Management z. B. bei der Vermietung und Vermarktung von Flächen, der Erstellung von Business Plänen und objektbezogenen Kunden-Reportings sowie der Umsetzungen von Maßnahmen am Objekt. 03 Strategy & Sustainability z.B. bei der Realisierung von Nachhaltigkeitsprojekten auf Mandats- und Objektebene, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der ESG-Strategie sowie Corporate- Governance und Risikomanagement Aufgaben.
