Clairfield International conseille plus de 300 opérations par an (transmission, capital-développement, croissance externe et financement). Vos missions Vous participerez à la conduite des opérations M&A dans un environnement international très fort, et serez directement impliqué(e) dans l’origination et l’exécution des missions de l’équipe parisienne (cession, acquisition, levée de fonds, opération LBO…) : Analyse sectorielle (tendances de marché, positionnement concurrentiel…) et l’identification de sociétés (cibles / acquéreurs) Préparation de « pitchs » et rédaction de documents de présentation (mémorandum d’information, business plan…) en français et/ou anglais Analyse financière Évaluation d’entreprise (approche de valorisation, multiples boursiers, transactions comparables, DCF…) Suivi des opérations en cours (data room, présentation management…) Accompagnement dans la coordination avec les bureaux de Clairfield à l’international Développement de nos outils internes…
