Growth Consultant (m/w/d), Account Management für 30 bis 40 B2B Tech Kunden in Berlin Die meisten Account-Management-Jobs heißen Beratung und bestehen am Ende aus Reporting-Decks und Ticket-Pingpong. Hier ist es umgekehrt: Die Umsetzung macht das Team, du berätst. Unser Kunde ist eine AI-first GTM Agentur aus Berlin Mitte. Seit 2024 auf über 5 Mio. EUR ARR und 30+ Leute gewachsen, mit 200+ B2B Tech Kunden, von der Mobility-App über einen Schweizer Telko-Konzern bis zum Bildungsverlag. Zuletzt kam in einem einzigen Monat über 1 Mio. EUR neuer ARR dazu. Jeder dieser Kunden braucht jemanden, der ihn hält und ausbaut. Genau dafür ist dieser Seat da. Das Paket: 50 bis 70k EUR Fix plus 12,5% Provision auf Upsell und Retention, Berlin Mitte, 3 Tage Office und 2 Tage remote. Tasks Du führst dein eigenes Portfolio aus ca. 30 bis 40 Accounts und sitzt alle zwei Wochen mit Geschäftsführern und Entscheidern im Termin. Deine Kunden sind B2B Software- und Tech-Firmen, die über Google, LinkedIn, Meta und signalbasiertes Outbound ihre Pipeline aufbauen.
