Deine Rolle Als Senior Growth Manager bei LIQID entwickelst du Kampagnenkonzepte, die messbares Wachstum entlang des gesamten Funnels erzeugen – von der Akquisition affluenter Privatkunden bis zu ihrer Aktivierung im Bestand. Du verantwortest Konzept, Kanalplan und Zielerreichung für definierte Themen wie Produkt-Launches, Kanalerschließungen oder Reaktivierungsmaßnahmen. Die operative Umsetzung koordinierst du mit den umsetzenden Einheiten wie Marketing, Investments oder Vertrieb. Damit trägst du direkt zu unserem Wachstum bei. Was machst du dabei konkret? Kampagnenkonzepte: Du entwickelst End-to-End-Konzepte für definierte Wachstumsinitiativen. Dabei verantwortest du die Zielerreichung des Konzepts und korrigierst den Kurs, wenn die Zahlen es verlangen. Das Budget für die Kampagne hast du dabei stets im Blick. Briefings und Kanalverständnis: Du erstellst strukturierte Briefings für Performance Marketing, CRM und Content, abgeleitet aus Kampagnenzielen und Zielgruppe.
