Du gestaltest gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen, IT und Projektteams, wie Finanzinstitute ihre Kundinnen und Kunden über den gesamten Lebenszyklus betreuen: vom Onboarding über die laufende Kundenbeziehung bis zum Offboarding.</span></p> <p><span lang="DE">Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Business, Technologie und Daten. Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse und Systeme, übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in klare Spezifikationen und begleitest die Umsetzung in CRM- und Client-Lifecycle-Management-Lösungen.
