Wat ga je doen? Een goede eerste indruk maken én jezelf ontwikkelen in gastvrijheid en communicatie? Daar krijg je tijdens jouw meewerkstage bij de Frontoffice volop de kans voor. Je bent een van de eerste aanspreekpunten voor bezoekers en bellers en leert hoe je hen vriendelijk en professioneel helpt. Je ontvangt gasten bij de receptie, neemt de telefoon op en voert verschillende administratieve werkzaamheden uit. Zo doe je in de praktijk ervaring op met receptiewerk, telefonie, hospitality, communicatie en administratie. Omdat we internationaal werken, krijg je ook te maken met buitenlandse bezoekers en telefoongesprekken. Je hoeft natuurlijk nog geen perfecte Engelse gesprekken te voeren. Het belangrijkste is dat je het leuk vindt om Engels in de praktijk te gebruiken en hierin steeds beter te worden. Wanneer het rustiger is bij de Frontoffice, dan ondersteun je bij Travel. Je helpt bijvoorbeeld met de administratie rondom zakelijke reizen, het verwerken en controleren van reisgegevens en, waar mogelijk, het boeken van hotels en vluchten.
