Wat ga je doen? Binnen onze organisatie speelt planning een belangrijke rol in het realiseren van projecten, het optimaal benutten van capaciteit en het bewaken van voortgang. Tijdens deze stage onderzoek je hoe de rapportagefunctionaliteiten van ons huidige planningspakket beter kunnen worden ingezet om de kwaliteit van besluitvorming en de betrouwbaarheid van de planning te verbeteren. Je brengt in kaart welke rapportages en dashboards momenteel beschikbaar zijn, hoe deze worden gebruikt en waar de informatiebehoefte van verschillende gebruikersgroepen ligt. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met planners, projectmanagers, productie en management. Door interviews, analyses en praktijkonderzoek ontdek je waar kansen liggen om rapportages te verbeteren, te standaardiseren en te automatiseren. Op basis van jouw bevindingen formuleer je concrete aanbevelingen waarmee gebruikers sneller kunnen sturen op capaciteit, productieprestaties en projectvoortgang. Je levert daarmee een directe bijdrage aan een efficiëntere planning en betere managementinformatie.
