WAT GA JE DOEN? Bij onze internationale klanten wordt voor de dagelijkse productie gebruikgemaakt van verschillende LogicSteel software applicaties. LogicSteel MRP ondersteunt hierbij operationele processen, zoals het plannen van productie, het beheren van projecten, inkooporders en het aansturen van medewerkers. Daarnaast zijn er systemen zoals Insights die machine- en prestatiegegevens inzichtelijk maken. Doordat informatie verdeeld is over meerdere applicaties, ontbreekt vaak één centraal overzicht voor resourceplanning en capaciteitsbeslissingen. Tijdens deze afstudeeropdracht onderzoek je hoe relevante gegevens uit deze systemen beter gecombineerd en gepresenteerd kunnen worden, zodat gebruikers sneller de juiste inzichten hebben voor het plannen van mensen, machines en productiecapaciteit. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: Het analyseren van het huidige resourceallocatieproces en de rol van machine- en productiegegevens hierin; Het voeren van interviews met gebruikers om hun doelen, behoeften en knelpunten in kaart te brengen; Het onderzoeken welke data uit Insights en MRP relevant is voor besluitvorming; Het analyseren van gebruikersstromen, beschikbare data en bestaa…
