Zur Unterstützung unserer Kundenbetreuung suchen wir ab sofort bis zum 31.01.2027 eine zuverlässige Aushilfe (m/w/d). Ob Student, Quereinsteiger oder einfach auf der Suche nach einem Nebenjob – bei uns bist du willkommen! Deine Aufgaben Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per E-Mail und Telefon Unterstützung bei der Terminvereinbarung Pflege und Bearbeitung von Daten in unseren Systemen Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Kundenservice Das bringst du mit Gute Computerkenntnisse und einen sicheren Umgang mit gängigen Programmen Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Eine freundliche und kommunikative Art Zuverlässigkeit und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise Vorkenntnisse im Kundenservice sind nicht erforderlich – wir arbeiten dich ein!
