Sie erfassen, priorisieren und bearbeiten Kundenanfragen sorgfältig und zeitnah. Sie beantworten Fragen zu Transaktionen, Vertrags- und Stammdaten nachvollziehbar und lösungsorientiert. Sie koordinieren erforderliche Folgeschritte mit den zuständigen Fachbereichen. Sie bringen Ihre Ideen aktiv ein, um Abläufe, Servicequalität und Kundenzufriedenheit kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Ihre Impulse sind ausdrücklich erwünscht. Sie vertreten unser Unternehmen als erste Ansprechperson mit einem hohen Maß an Professionalität und Serviceorientierung.
