Zur Verstärkung unseres internationales Teams, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Zweiradmechatroniker (m/w/d) - Technical Customer Service in Vollzeit. Aufgaben Technik trifft Kundenservice: Du übernimmst die Aufnahme, Diagnose, Dokumentation und Beurteilung besonders kritischer und anspruchsvoller Reklamationen, die durch unsere Fachhändler nicht gelöst werden konnten – und findest eine passende Lösung. Problemlöser:in mit Werkstattfokus: Du setzt komplexe Reklamationen fachgerecht instand und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Bikes schnell wieder auf die Straße bzw. auf den Trail kommen. Schnittstelle zu unseren Fachhändlern: Du kommunizierst eng mit unseren Handelspartnern und arbeitest dabei eng mit dem Customer Service Team zusammen.
