Je geeft leiding aan een team van 5 Sales Support-specialisten en speelt een belangrijke rol in de dienstverlening aan onze grootste en complexe klanten. Als Teamleider Sales Support Strategic Accounts zorg jij dat jouw team excelleert en onze strategische klanten de service krijgen die zij verwachten. Je stuurt het Sales Support-team aan, optimaliseert processen en begeleidt de ontwikkeling van een administratieve naar een commercieel ondersteunende afdeling. Samen met Sales, Customer Service, Customer IT, Finance en Operations bouw je aan verdere professionalisering. Je rapporteert aan de Manager Strategic Sales Support. Je geeft leiding aan 5 Sales Support agents. Je coacht en ontwikkelt collega's in het vak en persoonlijke groei.
