Op onze locatie in Oirschot (regio Eindhoven) geef je leiding aan een team binnen onze Customs-operatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat processen soepel verlopen, medewerkers zich ontwikkelen en KPI's worden behaald. Dankzij jouw leiderschap worden duizenden internationale zendingen dagelijks tijdig en correct verwerkt binnen het DPD-netwerk. Wat ga je doen? Als teamleader operations customs ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie en geef je leiding aan een team van customs medewerkers. Je bewaakt de voortgang, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt voor een optimale samenwerking. Een gemiddelde werkdag bestaat uit het afstemmen van de planning, monitoren van resultaten, coachen van medewerkers en verbeteren van processen. Je werkt in een vast rooster in twee diensten: 11:00 - 19:30 uur 19:30 - 04:00 uur Hierdoor heb je afwisseling in je werkweek en speel je een belangrijke rol binnen een operatie die vrijwel continu doorloopt.
