Wil jij tijdens je stage echt meedraaien en ontdekken hoe leren en ontwikkelen werkt in de praktijk? Bij DPD Nederland in Oirschot krijg je als HR stagiair Learning & Development de kans om ervaring op te doen binnen een professioneel én toegankelijk L&D‑team. Je werkt samen met ervaren specialisten en leert hoe trainingen en e‑learning bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van medewerkers. Lees verder en ontdek of deze stage bij jou past. Wat ga je doen? Je komt in het Learning & Development team van DPD Nederland. Dit team bestaat uit de Manager Talent Acquisition & Development en twee Learning & Development specialisten en is onderdeel van afdeling HR, waar ruim 20 collega’s werken. Je krijgt goede begeleiding van ervaren collega’s en leert vooral door te doen. Geen stagedag is hetzelfde. Dit ga je leren en doen: Meewerken met het leermanagementsysteem (LMS), zoals het bouwen en verbeteren van online cursussen. Ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen en verbeteren van leerprogramma’s en trainingen. Meedenken over creatieve en vernieuwende manieren van leren, online én offline.
