Ihre Aufgaben Eigene Projekte mit echter Verantwortung: Du übernimmst über die Monate hinweg mehrere klar abgegrenzte Initiativen, von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung. KI-Anwendungen bauen: Du nutzt KI nicht nur als Tool, sondern entwickelst eigene Anwendungen für unser Team und unsere Kunden, von Automatisierungen über Custom GPTs bis zu kleinen Webanwendungen. Strategische Mitarbeit: Du arbeitest an OKR-Planungen, Investorenpräsentationen, Marktanalysen und Operational-Excellence-Themen mit. Cross-funktionale Einblicke: Du bekommst Zugang zu allen Bereichen (Tech, Fulfillment, Marketing, Sales) und verstehst nach einem Jahr, wie ein wachsendes Unternehmen wirklich funktioniert. Sparring auf Augenhöhe: Du wirst behandelt wie ein vollwertiges Teammitglied, mit allen Rechten und Pflichten. Ihr Profil Du hast Dein Abitur mit sehr guten Leistungen abgeschlossen oder befindest Dich zwischen Bachelor und Master. Du bringst hohe intrinsische Motivation mit und Lust, ein Jahr lang wirklich etwas zu lernen statt es einfach zu überbrücken.
