Wir suchen DICH, wenn Du Lust hast, als Account Director:in (m/w/d) Marken aus Industrie und Handel (u.a. Goodyear, Bayer, Kühne, JTi, Beiersdorf, Lactalis, Mondelez) strategisch zu beraten und sie dorthin zu bringen, wo Kaufentscheidungen fallen: an den Point of Sale, online wie offline. Du führst Deine Etats eigenverantwortlich, gibst Deinem Team Richtung und ergänzt unsere Agentur auch menschlich. Deine Aufgaben: Du verantwortest die strategische Führung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Key Accounts in allen Themen rund ums Handelsmarketing Du bist erste Ansprechperson für Deine Kunden, auch auf Entscheiderebene, und baust die Zusammenarbeit langfristig aus Du bist verantwortlich für die strategische Weiterentwicklung Deiner Etats Die Planung, Koordination und Abwicklung der Kommunikationskampagnen vom Briefing bis zur Umsetzung sind Dein tägliches Brot Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson und steuerst und koordinierst Kreation und Produktion Du entwickelst und hältst Kunden-Präsentationen Kostenmanagement, Projekt- & Etatcontrolling gehören selbstverständlich dazu Du übernimmst die Führung und Weiterentwicklung Deines Teams Du erkennst Potenziale bei Bestandskunden und bringst…
