Das erwartet dich bei uns: Du wirst zur ersten Anlaufstelle bei IT-Fragen: Im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support unterstützt du unsere Kolleg:innen bei technischen Herausforderungen und findest pragmatische Lösungen, damit sie schnell wieder arbeitsfähig sind Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Arbeitsplätze funktionieren: Von der Einrichtung bis zur laufenden Betreuung kümmerst du dich um unsere Arbeitsplatzinstallationen sowie die dazugehörigen IT- und Netzwerkkomponenten Du gehst Problemen auf den Grund: Technische Herausforderungen analysierst du strukturiert und selbstständig. Egal ob Microsoft-Umgebung, Hard- und Software oder LAN/WLAN, du suchst nicht nur nach dem Fehler, sondern nach einer guten und nachhaltigen Lösung Du behältst unsere Technik im Blick: Du kümmerst dich um die Verwaltung und Wartung unserer Hardware und stellst sicher, dass unsere technischen Firmenwerte zuverlässig einsatzbereit bleiben Du übernimmst Verantwortung: Eigeninitiative ist bei uns ausdrücklich erwünscht.
