Dann werde Teil unseres sympathischen und motivierten Customer Service Teams und stehe unseren Kund:innen bei Fragen aller Art mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das ist deine Rolle: Du bist der erste Kontakt zu unseren Kund:innen in unserem Tool Zendesk und betreust die Kanäle E-Mail, Kontaktformular und Telefon, wobei dein Fokus klar auf der schriftlichen Kommunikation liegt. Dabei sorgst du bei allgemeinen Fragen (z. B. zu Produkten oder Lieferstatus) wie auch bei Komplikationen für eine herausragende Plantura-Experience. Neben dem direkten Kundenkontakt sorgst du auch "hinter den Kulissen" für eine reibungslose Einkaufserfahrung, indem du beispielsweise Retouren oder Zustellhindernisse verarbeitest.
