Als Sachbearbeiter/in Kundendienst bist du die zentrale Anlaufstelle für Kunden, interne Abteilungen sowie externe Servicepartner. Du stellst eine effiziente, kundenorientierte und termingerechte Abwicklung von Service-, Reparatur- und Ersatzaufträgen sicher. Was du bei uns machst ● Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenanfragen ● Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Reparatur-, Service- und Ersatzaufträgen im ERP-System Abacus und in Kundenspezifischen Systemen ● Überwachung offener Aufträge und Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Abwicklung ● Planung, Koordination und Disposition der Einsätze von internen Servicetechnikern und externen Dienstleistern ● Überwachung der geplanten Einsätze sowie Koordination bei Terminverschiebungen oder kurzfristigen Änderungen Was du mitbringst ● Erfahrung in der kaufmännischen Sachbearbeitung, idealerweise im Kundendienst ● Gute ERP-Anwenderkenntnisse, vorzugsweise Abacus und sic…
