Fort d'une communauté de dizaines de milliers de personnes formées et d'une image forte sur les réseaux sociaux, Tokimo connecte investisseurs particuliers et professionnels de l'immobilier pour financer des projets concrets. Vos missions Vous intégrez l'équipe commerciale et êtes en première ligne sur l'acquisition et le développement de notre base investisseurs, avec une rémunération variable indexée sur vos résultats. Business development : prospection téléphonique d'un flux de leads qualifiés et entrants, présentation de nos opérations immobilières et conversion en investisseurs actifs. Closing : découverte du profil investisseur, traitement des objections et accompagnement jusqu'à la signature de la première souscription.
