Bilanzbuchhaltung & Teamführung Taxforce baut eine moderne, KI-gestützte Steuerkanzlei. Wir kombinieren klassische steuerliche Qualität mit digitalen Prozessen und bauen unsere Kanzlei bewusst ohne gewachsene Altstrukturen auf. Für unser Team suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n Bilanzbuchhalter:in, der/die Verantwortung für ein Team und dessen Mandate übernimmt. Du sorgst dafür, dass Buchhaltung und Abschlüsse für unsere Mandanten sauber, pünktlich und in hoher Qualität entstehen, und entwickelst dein Team fachlich weiter. Deine Aufgaben Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams aus Finanz- und Bilanzbuchhalter:innen Verantwortung für die termingerechte und qualitativ einwandfreie Bearbeitung der Mandate deines Teams Eigenständige Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen für Kapitalgesellschaften, Personengesellschaften und bilanzierende Einzelunternehmen, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater Prüfung und Qualitätssicherung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung, der Monatsabschlüsse und der Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen Betreuung eigener, auch komplexerer Mandate sowie Ansprechpartner:in für Mandanten bei buchhalterischen und bilanziellen Fragestellungen Einarbeitung, Anleitung un…
