Bei uns übernimmt KI die Routinearbeit, damit sich unsere Expert:innen auf das konzentrieren, was echte Fachkompetenz braucht. Wir verbinden klassische steuerliche Qualität mit KI-gestützten Prozessen und starten bewusst ohne gewachsene Altstrukturen. Für unser Team suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n Steuerassistent:in, der/die Verantwortung für eigene Mandate übernimmt. Du sorgst dafür, dass Buchhaltung und Abschlüsse für unsere Mandanten sauber, pünktlich und in hoher Qualität entstehen. Wenn du möchtest, übernimmst du zusätzlich Führungsverantwortung. Deine Aufgaben Verantwortung für die termingerechte und qualitativ einwandfreie Bearbeitung deiner Mandate Eigenständige Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen für Kapitalgesellschaften, Personengesellschaften und bilanzierende Einzelunternehmen, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater Vorbereitung betrieblicher und privater Steuererklärungen für deine Mandanten Prüfung und Qualitätssicherung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung, der Monatsabschlüsse und der Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen Betreuung eigener, auch komplexerer Mandate sowie Ans…
