In dieser neu geschaffenen Rolle machst du AI und Automatisierung zu unserem echten Wettbewerbsvorteil: Du findest die größten Effizienzhebel in allen Departments, baust die Lösungen selbst und bringst sie in den produktiven Alltag. Gemessen wird dein Erfolg nicht an koordinierten Projekten, sondern an eingesparter Zeit, besseren Prozessen und messbarem Impact. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserer Teamlead Strategy & Operations zusammen und treibst eigene Initiativen voran. Du findest die größten AI- und Automatisierungspotenziale in unseren Departments und setzt sie konsequent um, vom ersten Test bis zum skalierten Rollout. No-Code- und Low-Code-Automationen, AI-Workflows und Agents baust du eigenständig, etwa mit Claude, n8n oder Make. Gemeinsam mit den Departments analysierst du operative Bottlenecks und gestaltest End-to-End-Workflows neu: vereinfachen, automatisieren oder ganz streichen.
