This role involves frequent engagement with prospects through phone calls, emails, live chat, and internal tools such as Slack and Salesforce. This role runs inside that same AI-native approach we build for customers. Leads and account data flow into an AI-populated Salesforce, so reps start from a clean, enriched pipeline instead of manual entry. Every call is coached live by ClaudeMate, giving real-time feedback on framing, objection handling, and next steps as the conversation happens. Success in the role is measured by the number of product demonstrations booked and completed, with a strong track record of team performance consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
