Description
Als Founders Associate Intern arbeitest du direkt an der Seite des Founding Teams und bist in die wichtigsten strategischen und operativen Themen eingebunden. Du entwickelst neue Ideen und Geschäftsansätze mit und bringst sie hands-on in die Umsetzung. Dabei übernimmst du von Anfang an Verantwortung, treibst eigene Projekte voran und sorgst dafür, dass aus Ideen konkrete Ergebnisse werden. Neben Business Development und Business Operations bist du auch im Daily Business eng eingebunden und koordinierst wichtige Schnittstellen zu Investoren, Banken und weiteren Stakeholdern. Wir suchen bewusst keine klassische Praktikantin bzw. keinen klassischen Praktikanten, sondern jemanden mit Entrepreneurial Mindset und echtem Drive, der Lust hat, ein Unternehmen von Anfang an mit aufzubauen. Die Rolle ist dabei mehr als ein Praktikum: Unser Ziel ist es, die Person im Anschluss idealerweise als ersten Full-Time Hire langfristig ins Team zu holen.
