Du machst unser Wachstum steuerbar. TEILE entwickelt und produziert High-End-Lautsprecher, DJ- und Audio-Equipment sowie Merch – Design-Objekte mit kompromisslosem Klang. Eine Brand, die man nicht nur hört, sondern auch tragen will. Unsere Systeme spielen in Clubs, auf Festivals, in Bars, Hotels und Restaurants. Hinter TEILE steht eine weltweite Community mit sehr hoher Reichweite. Gerade bauen wir neue Vertriebskanäle auf: eigener Onlineshop, Social Commerce, Handels- und Objektpartner sowie Kooperationen mit großen Marken. Wir wachsen schnell – und bisher ohne Finanzfunktion. Es gibt kein Controlling, keine strukturierte Datenbasis, keine Systeme, die miteinander sprechen. Genau das baust du auf. Deine Rolle Du wirst die Person, die TEILE steuerbar macht. Du bringst den Blick eines CFO mit und baust trotzdem gern selbst – vom ersten Forecast bis zur Datenpipeline. Dabei arbeitest du direkt mit unserem CEO und dem Gründerteam zusammen und machst KI von Anfang an zum Kern unserer Steuerung: automatisierte Reportings, datenbasierte Entscheidungen und smarte Prozesse statt manueller Routinen.
