Aufgaben Was du machst Du willst wissen, wie ein Startup wirklich funktioniert, und zwar nicht aus der Vorlesung, sondern von innen? Als Entrepreneur in Residence arbeitest du eng mit dem Gründer und unseren Teams zusammen. Du springst zwischen den Bereichen und packst bei den Projekten mit an, die dich am meisten reizen: Marketing, Operations, Produkt, Customer Experience, Data oder Finance. Was das konkret bedeutet: Projekte managen: Du treibst mehrere Projekte parallel voran, mit Leuten aus dem Team und mit externen Partnern. Playbooks bauen: Du verbesserst Prozesse im ganzen Unternehmen und machst sie mit AI-Tools schneller, damit wir skalieren können, ohne im selben Maß zu wachsen. Die Zahlen kennen: Du analysierst Daten aus Marketing, Shop und Operations und hilfst uns, bessere Entscheidungen zu treffen. Die Roadmap umsetzen: Du unterstützt die Teams im Alltag und bei den Projekten, die gerade am meisten zählen. Das ist kein Praktikum, bei dem du Recherche-Ordner füllst.
