Deine Aufgaben Als (Senior) Marketplace Manager verantwortest du unsere Präsenz auf den führenden Fashion- und Sport-Marktplätzen Europas, strategisch wie operativ. Du hast Ownership für Performance, Profitabilität und Markenauftritt deiner Kanäle und entscheidest aktiv mit, wie wir TEVEO auf den Plattformen positionieren. Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Marke und Plattform. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit E-Commerce, Operations, Marketing, Finance und externen Partnern zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass sich unser Community-Spirit auf jedem Marktplatz genauso anfühlt wie in unserem eigenen Shop. Wichtig: Das ist keine reine Strategie-Rolle. Du bist hands-on unterwegs, packst im Tagesgeschäft selbst mit an und setzt deine Ideen eigenständig um, vom Produktfeed über die Kampagne bis zur SLA-Kennzahl. Dein Bereich als (Senior) Marketplace Manager (m/w/d): Strategie & Wachstum Du entwickelst unsere Marketplace-Strategie für Europa und setzt sie um: Sortiment, Pricing, Promotions und die Erschließung neuer Marktplätze und Länder.
