Dafür braucht es nicht nur eine starke Plattform, sondern auch Prozesse, Teams und einen Service, die von Anfang an mitwachsen können. Bei GENO Broker entwickeln wir das Wertpapiergeschäft der Genossenschaftlichen FinanzGruppe weiter. Als Head of Operations & Customer Experience Center gestaltest du den operativen Aufbau unseres neuen Brokerage-Angebots ZuWachs. Du sorgst dafür, dass aus einem neuen Angebot eine leistungsfähige Organisation wird – mit klaren Strukturen, starken Teams und einem Kundenerlebnis, das überzeugt. Dein Aufgaben: Du entwickelst die strategische Ausrichtung und das Zielbild von ZuWachs weiter und verantwortest gemeinsam mit den Führungskräften Ziele, Prioritäten, Budgets und Kapazitäten. Du gestaltest den operativen Aufbau von ZuWachs bis zum geplanten Marktstart Mitte 2027 und entwickelst Teams, Strukturen und Kapazitäten für das weitere Wachstum.
