Bei GENO Broker entwickeln wir ein neues digitales Brokerage- Angebot mit dem Rückhalt der Genossenschaftlichen FinanzGruppe. Als Head of IT Operations gestaltest du die technische Betriebslandschaft mit und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Plattform nicht nur leistungsfähig, sondern auch sicher, zuverlässig und regulatorisch aufgestellt ist. Du verantwortest die gesamte IT-Infrastruktur, die Systemverfügbarkeit und die technische Betriebssicherheit. Gleichzeitig gestaltest du die Zusammenarbeit von IT-Betrieb, IT Security Engineering und Testing und entwickelst die Strukturen für unser weiteres Wachstum. Deine Aufgaben: Du verantwortest einen stabilen, skalierbaren und hochverfügbaren IT-Betrieb und stellst eine leistungsfähige Systemlandschaft sicher.
