Wir verbinden den Gestaltungsspielraum eines Unternehmens im Aufbau mit dem Rückhalt der Genossenschaftlichen FinanzGruppe. Als Head of Finance verantwortest du die finanzielle Steuerung von GENO Broker. Du entwickelst die Finanzplanung und das Controlling weiter, stellst eine verlässliche Rechnungslegung sicher und schaffst die Entscheidungsgrundlagen für unser Management. Dabei führst du dein Team und gestaltest die Finanzprozesse, die unser weiteres Wachstum ermöglichen. Deine Aufgaben: Du verantwortest die jährliche Budget- und Mehrjahresplanung und entwickelst unsere Finanzplanung kontinuierlich weiter. Du steuerst die finanzielle Entwicklung anhand laufender Plan-Ist- Analysen, leitest Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung ab und identifizierst Potenziale zur Verbesserung der Profitabilität.
